Meet Jackie, Patient Care Coordinator - Office Manager

Jackie serves as the practice manager and patient care coordinator at Rafi S. Bidros, MD, PA.

She completed her medical assisting training in 1996 and embarked on her career on plastic surgery in 1997.

With over 20 years of experience in plastic surgery, Jackie has expertise in various area, including pre and post operative care, laser and injectables, surgery scheduling,patient care coordination and insurance processes.

She joined Dr. Bidros’ team in March of 2013 and has been deeply committed to enhancing patient’s confidence and well being through plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Jackie is a proud mother of two young adults, Jordan and Damian. She has a passion for traveling, outdoor activities, and a healthy lifestyle.
