Breast Reconstruction - Houston | Case 17073

This Houston area female underwent two stages of Breast Reconstruction by Dr. Bidros. She had nipple-sparing and skin-sparing mastectomies, Dr. Bidros performed immediate bilateral breast reconstruction by implanting tissue expanders and Alloderm. During the second and final stage, Dr. Bidros removed the tissue expanders, performed bilateral capsulectomies and placed 425cc highly cohesive anatomical shaped silicone breast implants (Gummy-Bear Implants) . Liposuction was performed and the fat was transferred bilaterally for total envelope fat grafting to achieve symmetry and provide added soft tissue coverage of the implants.
