This Houston area female patient consulted regarding breast hardness. Dr. Bidros examined her and determined that she had a grade IV capsular contracture. Dr. Bidros performed a Capsulectomy with Exchange of implants. Her removed saline implants, size 350 and exchanged them with Mentor Smooth Round Gel 500 cc High Profile implants.
