Breast Reconstruction performed on Katy female

This Katy, Tx area female patient consulted with Dr. Bidros after a diagnosis of breast cancer on her left breast. Dr. Bidros discussed her breast reconstruction options and made a surgical plan. Dr. Bidros performed her breast reconstruction in 3 stages. The first stage, Dr. Bidros performed immediate breast reconstruction following a mastectomy. During this surgery he implanted a tissue expander on her left breast. The second stage, Dr. Bidros removed the tissue expander and performed a left breast capsulectomy. He then implanted gel implants using the No Touch Technique (Keller Funnel) on both breasts to achieve breast symmetry. The last stage, Dr. Bidros performed breast reconstruction and left nipple areolar reconstruction.
